Yeah, I hope you find time looking at this thread so here it goes...

So, I was browsing the net when I saw something intriguing... The source says that Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't breed WITH OTHER POKEMON in DP. To check it out, I caught a Nidorina using PokeRadar and bred it with a Nidorino (to be sure). Then I bred them, but I did not get any egg whatsoever. I tried breeding her with other Pokemon (in the same Egg Group), but again, no results. I evolved both Nido's into their respective evolutions (Nidoqueen and Nidoking) and tried to breed them. But I didn't get any results again. So here are my questions:

Can Nidorina and Nidoqueen breed WITH OTHER POKEMON? If not, does it only happen in Diamond or along with others (Pearl, RSE, GSC)? Was it a defect on my Pokemon Diamond? Please tell me if you've experienced these things too...

they're both female, of course they cant breed. Why on earth would they be able to? :|

Umm... Nidorina and Nidoqueen are both females. Therefore they can't breed together.

Only the two starting Nidorans are in the same egg group IIRC. So, their evolvements can't breed with each other.

I think he means can they breed with anything, not each other. The answer is still no. Nidoran can breed (either gender), Nidorino can breed, Nidoking can breed, but Nidorina and Nidoqueen are sterile.
Not sure if you can breed Nidoking with ditto and get a female Nidoran, does anyone know about that?

That's true, actually. Nidorina and Nidoqueen haven't been able to breed since G/S/C if I remember correctly. The reason is unknown, but breeding Nidoran-F with any Pokémon or Nidoran-F, Nidoran-M, Nidorino or Nidoking with a Ditto can get you a Nidoran egg of either gender.

It's a weird thing I've never been able to understand. There's a funny comic about it giving theories about why, but I can't find it.

I had been meaning to breed a Nidoran M, but it turns out you can get one by breeding a Nidoran F. The offspring will be either a male or female.

I think some of you misunderstood my question... So be sure to read my whole post before arguing. And to the guys who read the whole post, thanks for finding time.

Anyway, I think I need to edit my first post *edits*... There. Okay, so to Shiny Umbreon:

I tried to breed Nidoran Male to a Ditto but so far, Nidoran Male has been the only Pokemon which hatched from their eggs... Is it just me or was it a glitch?

I haven't tested it, nor am I sure, but I'm guessing you need to breed a Nidoran female with a Ditto to get a Nidoran female. I don't think you really can breed a Nidoran male with a ditto and get a female. Feel free to prove me wrong, folks. ^_^
