3rd Gen Both Mew and Deoxys do obey!

    I caught Mew Deoxys Lugia and Ho-Oh since there was a rumor saying that both Mew and Deoxys would not listen it is actually wrong they both obey

    Well, aren't you the lucky one! :D

    I AR'd Mew, Celebi and Jirachi and, as far as I can tell, only Mew won't obey. I'm not counting Ho-oh, Lugia or Deoxys because I obtained them through a Magic Door code rather than a plain encounter code. I've been training my Celebi up, but haven't tried fighting with it. As for Jirachi, I just wanted it to finish my pokedex off.

    Again, as far as I can tell, if you obtain Mew with an encounter code, it will not obey you. I'm even having trouble trading it ( see the steam whistle from my ears). As I've said elsewhere, this has demoted my Mew to nothing more than an HM slave.

    I haven't tried gamesharking or xploding for Mew: mainly because the codes are so long, they take time putting in, and the longer the code, the higher the risk of glitching the game. I get enough Glitches as it is!
     
    Well I AR'd Ho-Oh Lugia Mew and Deoxys but I caught them the normal way because I AR'd the Master Ball and can you please tell me how you got Jirachi
     
    Mew and Deoxys won't obey if you used wild modifier to get them.
    However...PokemonMaker can still make them obey, though.
    The best way is, get Emerald and use warp code to their island.
     
    That's why they obeyed if you sharked em to your Pc it probobly wouldn't of worked.,

    But yeah have fun with your pokemon.
     
    Well they do obey because I warped to all of the Islands and I caught them with a Master Ball
     
    Ahhh...now I get it! ( see a dim light bulb flashing over my head) Warp codes and Magic Door codes are one and the same thing!

    So how did you obtain Mew through a warp code, then? I was under the impression that you could only get Mew through an Encounter code, and that if you did, it wouldn't obey unless you had the obedience code to go with it.

    As for Jirachi, if you go to any site that does AR codes, and look in the Encounter codes, you should find the relevant code. I used Codejunkies, but there are others.
     
    Ok I warped to the Island where Mew is located then I saved the game and turned off the AR and then I went to the area and I caught Mew with a Master Ball
     
    Which island is that, then? I've visited them all, but still had to encounter code for Mew. I was under the impression that using an Encopunter code was the only way to obtain it. :cross-eye
