3rd Gen Blaziken Breeding chain and EV spread

I want to have a Blaziken with this moveset

Counter
Endure
Reversal
Blaze Kick

It can learn Blaze Kick on it's own, but the other moves require breeding I think. What breeding chain can I use to get the first three moves on my Blaziken? Also a suggested EV spred for this moveset would be extremely appreciated.

You can breed all three moves from Vigoroth (Endure Lv25, Counter Lv37, and Reversal Lv49).

EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd

Personally, I would not use Counter on Blaziken. It is too crappy defensively for it to work consistently. Counter is more useful for Pokemon that can take a physical hit (i.e. Swampert or Blastoise) and then hit back. If you want to abuse Reversal, I would use this moveset instead:

Blaziken @ Salac Berry/Liechi Berry
Triat: Blaze
EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Flamethrower/Fire Blast
- Reversal
- Swords Dance
- Substitute/Endure

Blaze Kick is a totally worthless move. Flamethrower is better in every way (95 AP vs. 85 AP, 100% Accuracy vs. 90% Accuracy, 15 PP vs. 10 PP). The high CritHit just isn't worth it. I would prefer Sub over Endure to cover its crappy defenses, but Endure does guarantee max power for Rev and ensures Salac/Liechi will kick in.
