    what is the best nature for a milotic and what level is it best for the feebas to evolve by

    level? whenever its beauty is maxed out.
     
    It really depends on the role Milotic will take in battle. A Physical Wall go with Bold, A Special Sweeper go with Modest and a Special Wall go with Calm.

    It is best to evolve Feebas as soon as possible. You can do it at level 2 if you can max out its beauty.
     
    I would say Calm nature. Good for special defense.
     
    oh ok thanks im going to try to have him for a good attacker and im also starting to breed feebas so when i get my FC and you want a feebas just pm me
