Choice Specs is always a good option with Timid, makes up for her 80 Base Sp.Attack

You might wanna capitalize Pop and separate 13 for warrior...if you're gonna quote me world domination! then at least do it right...

Froslass can't reallt take a hit, so it might be more of a hit-and-run type poke. But it is lots of fun to nail pokemon coming in on the switch with shadow ball and IB.

That's the Froslass I used. It works. I used focus sash.

Here's an important thing to know though, Froslass can't OHKO Bulkydos with tbolt without life orb.

Focus sash can be amazing against scarfchomp though (even if there's a sandstorm going on).
