Pokemon with all HM moves that you have in your party all the time. Which pokemon are the best ones for this?

Bibarel and Tropius cover all HM's, if I'm not mistaken. :> Together, of course. Not separate. Because I don't ever want to see a flying Bibarel.

Skarmory + Kingler cover every HM as wel...at least for HG/SS's HM's

That's a waste of two ~fantastic~ Pokemon, though. D: I could never use those as HM slaves. :( Maybe Waterfall and Fly, but I wouldn't junk them up on HM's.

That's why you catch two of each...they're not particularly rare. XD

Bibarel is my personal favorite. On Ruby I'm using a Zigzagoon as both an HM slave and a Pickup slave.

easiest hm slave is zigzagoon. surf, cut and rock smash. usable right from the start (and has pickup!)

    edit: oh,
Bibarel is my personal favorite. On Ruby I'm using a Zigzagoon as both an HM slave and a Pickup slave.

But Fly and Surf are killer moves anyway. I always have a water type, and often have a flying type, so those are covered. Otherwise I have a Gyarados in HG, and in other cases I just vary.

Kabutops and Flygon also cover all the HMs, but once again, why would anybody waste them?

I usually have Bibarel, because in HG he can learn everything but fly, and balance my other five with the remaining 4 HM's. 3 of the remaining four HMs (Fly, Surf, Strength) are good moves imo, so I only end up wasting one slot.

    UGHHHHHHH

I never quite agreed with HM's to start with. Especially when you have attacks like Defog or Flash. What a waste.

But to stay on topic, I have to agree with Zigzagoon, and Pelipper.
Zigzagoon is the man IMO. Bibarel is a pretty cool guy too.

ACTUALLY, I just discovered that Chansey is a really good HM Slave. It can learn Strength, Rock Climb, and Rock Smash, making it perfect for getting around in caves. Plus, it can still have a spot for Softboiled. That, combined with great HP, makes it a welcome addition to my lists.

And I usually breed a Lapras for all of the water-based HMs.

I never really used an Hm slave, I just get on lame pokemon out the box, teach it how to cut, and drop it of as soon as I reach the next town and didn't need him him anymore.

Has anyone actually taught strength to one of the pokemon you actually train?
I mean it isn't That bad to use in-game...

Good question, I still haven't decided what Pokemon is going to be my HM slave, I think I'm gonna go with Zigzagoon

    Bibarel + Tropius cover all of them. I usually just slap HMs on lower pokemon I don't care about and store them in my box. I'm so heartless ;o;

You could argue that Skarmory is the best slave because he's actually useful in battle, granted most HMs are crappy moves but strength isn't all thad bad and with his immense psychical defence you could at least use him as a staller while you heal other 'mon.
