im not too sure about movesets and all that detail but i know a lot of people use eletivire and zapdos

The hell is an "electrik" Pokemon. Anyways, saying "no legends" is plain stupid, but if you want to restrict legendaries, then I guess you could say Magnezone is the best Electric type. It has the most resistances in the game, has the ability to beat Skarmory and friends 100% of the time unless they pack EQ with decent attack or use Shed Shell. It also has the highest Special Attack for any electric type, has the ability to remove it's 4x electric weakness, and can actually OHKO Blissey with Explosion.
By the way, Electivire sucks. Overrated piece of garbage.
