I've always liked Jolteon rather well. It was my favorite Eeveelution and I think it always will be. My 2nd favorite would have to be Umbreon

Anyway, I love all of them, in this order more or less:

1. Leafeon
2. Umbreon
3. Vaporeon
4. Espeon
5. Flareon
6. Glaceon
7. Jolteon

Although just because Jolteon is last doesn't mean I don't LOVE it.~

Umbreon. I got my first one when my buddy sent me an Eevee, evolved it to Umbreon and then started whipping some pokearse. My Current Umbreon knows Ghost, Dark, Psychic moves. And I'm currently thinking up a forth attack. He's a pretty strong guy.
For looks alone, he's on the top as well. Followed closely by my Type Favorate, Glaceon.

Oh this is one hard question...but I would have to say my favorite would be Umbreon ever since the day I trained one back in Hoenn!!!
