4th Gen Best ball to catch Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit?

    I have been trying to catch all of them, and have actually caught Uxie after many, many tries.
    But I was wondering what the best ball was to catch them with, because I have been having a lot of trouble with Azelf.
     
    The BEST ball for the job would be a masterball, but after that a Dusk Ball. Because I think they have 4x catch rate in caves.
     
    Ok, thanks. I have mainly been using Ultra Bulls but I will try out the Dusk Balls.
     
    If I recall correctly, they are not in caves.

    They have their x4 catch rate at night also, so if you just wait 'til nighttime to catch them, it shouldn't be too hard.
     
    Mespirit (I think) leaves the cave and runs around, but it flees whenever you attack, so you might wanna use a quick ball, or a master ball.

    The other 2 are in caves, so use Dusk Balls.
     
    Time ball is also a choice due to the fact that i used many pokeballs and great balls before i used it ^^ but yeah dusk ball i think is the best
     
    just use ultra ball and you will get them with 1-4 balls
     
    Use dusk balls if you don't have master balls - I caught azelf with quick balls and dusk balls combined.
     
    Hacked Masterballs. That's what I did... But now my AR is broken after I left some stuff around my friends by accident and he also secretly traded some of my Pokemon with his which I was sooo annoyed with. I got most back and let him keep a few. But he let his 3 year old sister throw the AR around. No respect for other peoples things. It amazes me really just HOW irresponsible people are these days.

    First use a quick ball, if that doesnt work make sure you have plenty of dusk balls or ultraballs.
     
    Uxie - Pokeball/Great ball for me

    Azelf - Idk, Time ball, maybe

    Mesprit - Quick ball or Time ball. Depends.

    Why would you use a time ball on Mesprit if it runs away after the first turn? Unless you use a trapping move/ability. And use dusk balls on Azelf/Uxie, my boyfriend caught Azelf for me on his first dusk ball.
     
    I caught azelf & uxie with pokeballs. Never tried for Mesprit. In my opinion dusk & timer balls will do for the 2 first. If have time to waste try to mean look mesprit.....
     
    You could also consider matching your Pokemon with the Pokeballs they are in.
    That's what I did with my Lake Trio.

    Mesprit = Heal Ball
    Uxie = Ultra Ball
    Azelf = Great Ball / Dive Ball
