OK, I was reading up on EV training. And read that some berries, lower the EV points you've gained. While upping Happiness. Anyone know which berries those are?

    No.21 Pomeg (lowers HP)
    No.22 Kelpsy (lowers attack)
    No.23 Qualot (lowers defense)
    No.24 Hondew (lowers sp. attack)
    No.25 Grepa (lowers sp. defense)
    No.26 Tamato (lowers speed)

    How so?

How do those ones lower EV, they are the pokeblock berries. Or do Pokeblocks lower ev?

The berries themselves decrease the EV points of a pokemon. You do not need to make pokeblocks to decrease EV points.

    So..

So simply having the berries lowers EV. Cuz im not getting how they would lower EV if you can't feed them to the pokemon. Except via Pokeblock.

Only in Emerald do those Berries reduce EV's, in Ruby, Sapphire, Fire Red, and Leaf Green they're just berries.

You can feed your Pokemon those berries. This only works in Emerald like ShadowTails said. Each berry reduces 10 EVs of a certain stat. If your Pokemon has over 100 EVs when you start feeding it these berries, the first one will bring its EVs to 100.

Are you sure about that? my Ampharos had 120 EV's and I used 11 berries and it still used the 12th. I don't recall any of the berries lowering them to 100...
