Ash's Snorunt

    Well, when it was a Snorunt, that is...

    But anyway, does anyone else think it would've been a better idea for Ash to catch it and keep it as a Snorunt and then take it Sinnoh, like he did with Phanphy in Battle Frontier? That way, if it was female, it would've evolved into Froslass, possibly.

    Probably just another stupid idea but oh well...
     
    I think that it would've taken too long for it to get through its basic stage to its second stage, assuming that Glalie is female. Gligar being only a two stage pokémon was easier to focus and evolve.

    I agree. Not only did Ash have to go through the Hoenn region, he had to go through the Battle Frontier. That would have taken far too long and there were some episodes that Ash needed power that on Glalie could give, not Snorunt. Not to mention that Ash wanted another fresh start in Sinnoh by starting with only Pikachu... and Aipom, but that was planned ahead so that he could trade Dawn for Buizel.
     
    I tink Dawn maybe catching a snourunt and evolving it via shiny or dawn stone wouldnt be a bad idea but ash dose not suit Frossglass he suits glalie
     
    I agree with the two previous statements before the one above mines...It would have taken TOO long for ash's snorunt to evolve like that, plus I do see Glalie suiting ash more. It did even come in handy as well while in Hoenn too...
     
    I personally forsee Dawn catching a Snorunt in Snowpoint... lol
