I downloaded this banned episode but it doesn't have english subs to it. Where can I find english subs at? I've already looked on google.

First of all the episode was not banned, it's a recap episode that PUSA didn't bother to dub, much like AG120.

Secondly, posting full episodes are not allowed. So I'll be killing the link.

What Unown means is that episode was not dubbed because it was basically just a "Flash back" episode. You know, like those Simpsons episode were they clip a bunch of pointless past episodes? Yeah, like that.

Thus, the dubbers decided it would be a waste of time for the little kids and scratched that episode

"...Ok, this one sucks, dub the next one!"

Recap episodes are only good in shows that actually have decent plots. They're supposed to be followed by major plot twists. But for some reason, Pokemon seems to drop the ball when it comes to plot development.

So no, it isn't necessary to sub the episode.

That should answer any additional questions. Though, I'll leave this quote, as it gives a good reason why the recap episode is a good thing.
