This was also in FR/LG. If you used the Wireless Adapter in a Pokemon Rocks America event, you could change the pokemon in the cave to those that are in Emerald's Safari Zone.

Nintendo had planned to have Wonderspots that would change the Pokemon in the cave, but they were never made. No one can change Altering Cave, not even the people that went to PRA.

The good thing is that we don't need Altering Cave since there really wasn't any unobtainable Pokemon in it.

The Altering Cave no longer has any power in any version. I kinda wish it did, but it doesn't.
