[Legends: Arceus] Alpha Mantine or Shiny Eevee + Ambipom

I want to build my team based on these two options but have been rather undecided and would appreciate some thoughts from you guys, which of these one sounds more cool:
A) building my team around an alpha Mantine (with the most suitable nature for it's kind without the use of mint) or B) building my team around a shiny Eevee and a shiny Ambipom.

I'm mindful that all of the above are some relatively weaker pokemons so either way I will pull together some stronger ones into the team to make sure I get through the game ok.

Appreciate any advices or thoughts.

Shiny Eevee and Ambipom sound cool, but I really think Mantine deserves a little bit more love - especially since it's fairly tanky Special Defense-wise and seems like a neat Pokémon to use. Did you ever make a decision? :o
