4th Gen aipom/double hit

so when you are trying to evolve aipom does he ever learn double hit?

Aipom learns Double Hit at Lv32.

Aipom evolves by learning Double Hit. If you didn't get it while leveling up, you can probably shell out a Heart Scale to relearn it and then level up once to evolve Aipom. I'm not wholly certain that will work, but it seems feasible and logical to me.
