Adding the Eon Flute's flying

    Ok so what I want to have done is an event where if you use item EONFLUTE it will change pb player (That I have done) but also I want it to be if Trigger button is activted then it well enter hiddenmove:fly sequence using Latios/Latias and when trigger is used again before fly they will change pb player again? basicly I would like all of this in a script

    It's not exactly what you wanted, but that may work.

    What you could do is an iten that warps to player into another map and changes it's sprite sheet. That new map would be the overworld and every location you choose there would warp the player to the new location and go back to the original sprite sheet.

    This second idea can be done via events, mostly (I don't know about the "use item to warp" part).

    OK fabaaun I got the part down heres what I have it set for when this item is used it changes Player sprite depending on gender. Now, what kind or Trigger command would I need to have it set as command wise (You can ride eon pokemon till this (Trigger) is press ex: C L D CTRL) then I already have the rest according to the flying section.

    I can't help you scriptwise...

    But, since it'll be an item, and a Key Item one, it can be registered in F5. Or another hotkey, since the game allows from F1 to F5... I myself can't tell you how to turn those settings on.

    I was toying with something like that a while ago.

    I set it up pretty much exactly like you described except that it was triggered by using Fly instead of an item.
    It was basically an empty map with an image of the overworld as a panorama in the background. I did it that way so that I could zoom in/out on the background to simulate height, but it's absolutely not necessary. The hardest part was getting the game to place the warps correctly when zoomed out, but it worked fairly well.
