A rough day in GO: False bans issues amid failed Gigantamax Raids attempts

Even children had been banned without explanation from Pokémon GO. Bans have started being reversed.

    Not only did gigantamax battles kinda suck, people got wrongly banned! Including kids, so uh... whoops.

    Personally speaking, Gigantamax/Dynamax raids are completely useless, and they have no use apart from collection perspective. Even upgrading/unlocking the Max Moves are very expensive. So getting all those Pokemon are like getting duplicate copy of the which we already have. Naturally, I don't have keen interest on getting them, as I don't fall in the collector's spectrum.

    The Gigantamax raids got tougher because we can only use Dynamax Pokemon which Niantic had released, or G-Max Blastoise, which itself requires winning a G-Max Raid. Hence considering many constraints, including that absurd 20+ in-person participation, the concept of G-Max seems too dim and/or lacklustre.

    Just from hypothetical point of view; if these G-Max starters are rated 6-stars and are needing 20-25+ in-person participation; then how hard will be Eternatus-Eternamax, who has highest BST in the entire game ? Will we be needing entire city to defeat and catch it ?

    Just for fun;

    I guess people need to avoid FOMO, in order to avoid BOGO !!

    I know raids of this size have been done in games before, but what was Niantic thinking? Pokemon Go isn't an mmorpg, getting together a group that big online might be doable, but getting that many people to gather in one place irl? Forget about it, the only people who could feasibly pull that off are influencers and celebrities. Good luck to people like me who don't know anyone irl who plays and don't know nearly enough people they could potentially convert. Nevermind all the bans that happened. Makes me glad I haven't been playing pokemon go
