Oshawott is a Sea Otter Pokémon who is a pure Water type! It evolves into Dewott at level 17, and when it's fully evolved, it becomes a Samurott at level 36! It's also one of the three starter pokemon that you can obtain from Professor Juniper, or from Bianca on B2/W2.
It's most notable feature is its scalchop (the seashell on it's body) that it carries with it at all times. It's used for cracking hard berries, or even for battle so it can use moves like Razor Shell! It's moves are as followed via level up:
--- Tackle
5 Tail Whip
7 Water Gun
11 Water Sport
13 Focus Energy
17 Razor Shell
19 Fury Cutter
23 Water Pulse
25 Revenge
29 Aqua Jet
31 Encore
35 Aqua Tail
37 Retaliate
41 Swords Dance
43 Hydro Pump
Now for some discussion! What do you think of Oshawott? Did you choose it for your starter pokemon and why? Why not? What do you think of the overall design of Oshawott? Do you think 'Oshawott' is a great name for this pokemon? If you want to rename this pokemon, what would you rename this pokemon to be? Do you have any other thoughts? Post em' here!
If you guys have any suggestions for the next 5th gen pokemon of the week, feel free to let me know!
