rom-hack sprite-editing

I made the changes needed so the player character on the trainer card changes, but the colour pallet is not changing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, i was looking to edit the sprites in a romhack and was told id need a GBA toolbox, I was referred the Tool: Advanced Series (GBA toolbox) however all the download links don't work. is there something similar? Thanks!
