I also started with Gen I games, but I don't really see Kanto as my starting region. I would say Hoenn is more fitting, since Sapphire was the first game I bought with my own money. But if I could choose, I would pick either Kalos or Alola. Who wouldn't want to live in this tropical paradise?
Barely. I usually play the play until I'm still having fun, not until I fill some imaginary counter. And most games have pretty boring requirements for 100% completion, like find X copies of an item, climb Y towers or clear Z enemy camps. But really worth it in my opinion.
But I did 100%...
April
Super late update this month. The real life had a huge priority. But April was pretty fine month. Dragon's Dogma 2 was pretty bad, but it was the only outliner that month. I focused more on indie titles. TELETEXT was fun short puzzle game and The Many Pieces of Mr. Coo was charming...
Since I do challenge runs, in which I usually just best the it's pretty low number. I think I can beat most games in 20 hours, some (like GBA games) even faster.
On the other hand, in my non-challenge runs, I usually have 100+ hours per save file. My original Alpha Sapphire save fe has maxed...
I only did one run of Violet, despite getting the bundle of the both versions. I don't really see a good point in playing any of them again, but on the other hand, I kinda don't like the idea of having an unplayed copy of Scarlet. So I might do some king of challenge run on it.
May has quite a few releases I'm looking forward, but I don't think I'll be buying any of them day one.
Little Kitty, Big City looks like a chill experience. I'm also looking forward Reus 2. Original Reus was one of the first indie games I've ever bought on Steam. It was fun and I returned to...
Hmmm... This calls for some older game, maybe something from the Nintendo library. On the other hand, I also want to try something new, so let's say Void Stranger for now.
Phew, the time flies. The start of this month was crazy in uni. Students started hunting for their Bachelor's Thesis supervisors and I've been pretty popular choice. But we quickly run into a problem - I focus on research of teacher's attitudes and competencies towards using digital technologies...
Let's welcome our new Challenges overlord Explorer of Time
Let's hope she won't turn into Explorer of Darkness with all these newly aquired powers.
This was close, but I finished Persona 4 Golden. About a half of my gametime was just fusing Personas together and I had to rush the end a little bit because of that. It was so much better than the Persona 3 Portable. Less grinding, even better social sim and a little bit more interesting story...
In Nuzlocke, I have a special box for fainted Pokémon. I usually put a beach or sky background on it.
On my main saves, I usually have few different boxes. Few for hatching, where I put Ditto and bunch of eggs I'm hatching, then at least one box for my competitive Pokémon. I also usually group...
