Please do not pressure the developer. Several notable hacks were canceled because of the pressure imposed on them by the players, Sharp Diamond and Smooth Pearl are solid examples of that. ROM Hacking is fueled by passion, and as a result, they are allowed to take their time if they deem fit.

I would love to see a Mimikyu in gen 3 graphics! These are phenomenal btw, super clean!

Not sure if you've applied the patch onto an emerald ROM, but you ought to do that first. If the patched file is not working, it's either because you did not patch over a clean ROM, or you could try a different emulator that is more accurate than Myboy, like Pizzaboy GBA.

The whole point of this hack is to not be a full-blown difficulty hack like Storm Silver and Sacred Gold, but more to be a middle between vanilla and the other two. So I reckon, the minimal stat buffs do justice to its identity.
