Just make sure your Dragonite evolves before you fight the League, and you'll be fine. My own Dragonite in Red evolved just before Victory Road.
As for Aerodactyl, I'd get the EXP share from Route 15 if reasonably possible, or just grind via switch-outs if not, but either way it'd be best to...
I might not have played a Flying monotype in Gen 3 Kanto, but I've played one in Gen 1. I've used Dragonite and it's quite good, and it gets even better in Gen 3 from the expanded movepool, but you realistically won't have it evolved until around Victory Road.
Charizard and Gyarados are both...
I understand. I've rewritten the friendship-related rules to clarify the point about Sandwiches, so I'll go ahead and grandfather your run back into Standard Mode since the friendship bonuses didn't affect your run too much. I highly recommend that you use some herbal medicine to get your...
Specifically SwSh and SV only, since friendship gives game-breaking bonuses for high scores in these games, and it's impossible to raise friendship in either game to the point where Pokemon get these bonuses without using picnics, friendship berries, or Pokemon Camp. LG:PE and BDSP are both...
Grit items are allowed, the challenge is completed when the credits roll, and I don't think so but I'm not 100% sure since I haven't played the game yet.
This doesn't disqualify your run completely, but it does automatically convert it to Free Mode, since friendship bonuses are allowed there.
In the future, if you want to avoid friendship bonuses in Gen 8 or 9, you can reduce your Pokemon's friendship by taking damage from wild Pokemon and...
I like to have each Pokemon in my team in a different type of Poke Ball, but I don't care too much about matching them to the Pokemon. (Other than getting friendship evolutions or Return users in Luxury Balls for gameplay reasons.)
If my game has a roaming Legendary, I use it on that. If it doesn't, I use it on a Legendary that has a way to heal itself. Otherwise, I save it in case I encounter a shiny.
I'd like to hypothesize that the decline isn't due to any change in gamers themselves, but from a lower amount of strategy games being released in recent years.
The real time strategy genre in particular went through a massive drought in the 10s, with two of the big three franchises (Age of...
What is/are the most recent Ghost type Pokemon that you've had on your team during a playthrough? The most recent Ghost I've used was a Gengar in a solo run of Yellow. The run ended up being disappointing because it was too easy. After beating Erika, I can count the number of times it took...
