    Let's see:

    - Aerodactyl and Paras can be both obtained in Wondertrade as I actually got them both.
    - Low-level Probopass is totally possible since it evolves from holding a Thunder Stone at any level.
    - I have no idea about "cheesing wondertrade". There is already an unlimited wondertrade for people who want to cheese it, maybe that's what they meant.
    - I don't know about "Suicune and Entei not disappearing after catching them", since I tested and re-tested and it is not possible for them to appear again. The flag that controls them disappearing after catching them is immediately set and never gets cleared, meaning that after being caught they can't reappear again. I just tested it again, and yeah, no luck. They work as expected.
    - Yes, that's actually a bug. Mewtwo's island has a wrong collision, and you can't walk on it. Sorry about that, will get fixed shortly. If you can't surf after using the remove collision, just walk away to the nearest entrance and use it, then disable the remove collision option.
Cool, were likely just very rare in my case or just unlucky, probopass was the only evolved form I saw in low level trades, that may also explain the 2 I didn't get, if there is a level cap.

I tested the unlimited option as I am hoping to test all evolutions for this build, if you want to make a change, potentially save silently as soon as the trade decided on the recieved pokemon or automatically move on/skip the last page where it confirms the trainer and pokemon in the trade. These may not be possible but should help achieve that goal, I am neither for or against, just an idea

I can drop you the save file (will run back to them and save there) if you want to take a look, again, I do not mind either way.

All good on the Mewtwo, I did exactly that and got it

Sure, but please test version 2.3.1 to see if it fixes anything. It will save me some time.

    2.3.1 is here. Bugfixes mostly:
    • Kingler is now Water/Steel with modern typings.
    • Snubull and Granbull are now Fairy/Normal with modern typings.
    • Hidden Power is now "??? Type" because why not.
    • Added new moves and egg moves to some Pokémon.
    • Fixed some moves being unreachable if the Pokémon had more than 20 moves.
    • Pikachu can learn Play Rough just like Pichu and Raichu.
    • Fixed Meganium's BST (540 -> 535).
    • Fixed Steven's movement in Sootopolis.
    • Fixed Mewtwo's island collision.
    • Fixed Castform OW palette.
    • Fixed Hidden Power type display in double battles.
    • Fixed Suicune's cry at the entrance of Shoal Cave.

Hey resetes, can't tell if it's a bug or not, but I think Briney disappeared at some point for me, around the time I defeated the gym in Mauville.

Alsos the prices for coins in the casino isn't correct, it says that 500 coins is 10 000 pokedollar but it's changed to 500 for 5 000 I think.

Going to update this weekend and then I'll let you know about the light changes.

Briney may be in a different location. He can be in Petalburg or in Slateport. This is vanilla emerald behaviour and nothing about his behaviour has changed, and has always worked fine.
Prices are indeed incorrect, but only the text. The actual coins are 50 -> 500$ / 500 -> 5.000$ (half of vanilla Emerald).

Nice! If I already started on a playthrough, can I update or would this break my savegame? I'm playing on an actual GBA using a flashcart.

Have been obsessing over this for the last week and a bit, thanks for making an awesome romhack!

I've been doing a Professor Oak challenge-ish run and wanted to find an "encounter rate by route" list to check against, which I don't think the provided google sheet covers, so I went ahead and parsed wild_encounters.json a bit into this list which I've been finding useful.

I think it's correct but I'm not super familiar with the encounters logic so eyeballing it for sanity/errors would be great.

Hello! Playing the room in Hard mode and currently loving it, but having some problems with the level up of my mons, since I selected 1.0EXP only. Do you have plans to add EXP % in the in-game options, so we can change it when we feel like we are far behind in lvls, in adicional then only in the starts setting?

    Sorry for bad english!

I'm about to start a run and I'm planning my team, but this is the first romhack i've played so i hope this isn't too noob of a question, but is there a list of which pokemon are only available post-game so i can take them out of consideration for my team?

Updated from 2.2 to 2.3.1 in with a pre-existing Nuzlocke game save in Granite Cave and the game will soft reset whenever I encounter a Pokémon. I've tested from both a patched ROM and from building from source with the same result. Playing on mGBA RetroArch on the Retroid Pocket 2S.

Edit: Video of bug, the weird thing is that Sableye encounters the bug differently, often I'll be able to see the encounter then garbled text shows up and causes me to only be able to run. In the video this shows as hanging at a black screen with stuttering battle music, though previously I'd just return to the overworld, then would have the reset issue when I next encounter any non-Sableye mon.

I don't plan on adding it as an option, but I can consider it.

There's my document, it's on the main post. It's not exactly what you are looking for but it can help you.

There's nothing other than the addition of a third option to quick run that could be causing it. Try changing the setting to a different option, saving, and trying again. However, I didn't have this problem when switching from 2.2 to 2.3 (2.3.1 changes nothing related to something that could be causing it). Or maybe it's a mGBA on retroarch thing? If it doesn't work try the same but on a PC's mGBA.

EDIT: I also can't reproduce the error in any way, so there's that 🤷‍♂

it has helped me, but aside from obvious ones like the legendaries i don't know if certain areas are only available postgame or if certain pokemon can only be found on those routes in the postgame. like the starters for example, i see that one group of them are available in a new safari zone area, is that area available in main game or does that area only open up in the postgame?

I was able to fix it by disabling Modern Terrain. Not sure if it's a bug with that or that my save corrupted with that option enabled, but it's working now so also 🤷
