If I'm unable to code (even if it's not a ROM hack), should I recruit coders to help me out? Or do I have to learn how to code by myself? (FYI, I'll probably STRUGGLE to learn about coding...)

Making a ROM hack of Pokemon Emerald. My current name for the rom hack is Pokemon Hoenn Crystal. More updates about the game will be posted on my Discord.

The world region of Hoenn has gone over a huge change over the last few years. Team Magma and Team Aqua are back. They are looking to use the Legendary Pokemon once again. On your adventure across Hoenn you will discover that the native pokemon of the region are gone and only few appear still. The only Trainers with native Pokemon are the Trainers before the original crisis years back. GYM Leaders are renamed to show that new the new era has come around.

I got a few. Duff McWhalen because of the name and design. Not so much the stage. Bamboo Pandamonium for the pun and the fact a panda was used for its design. And Magma Dragoon because his moves are taken from Street fighter. My favorite Mega Man series might be the zero series, but I do love both classic and X.

Bamboo pandamonium is a cool one, X8 is actually my favorite X game, lol. and the zero series is really good as well, what's you favorite one? anyway, it's nice to have a fellow mega man fan on the forums!

I think X1, 2, 4, and 8 especially are my favorites. As for the Zero series Z2 and 3 are my favorites. For classic I like Mega Man 2, 4, 6, and 7-11.

Hey, I found a solution for Tilemap Studio for MacOS. You can use Wineskin to make a new app container with the exe file. After days of unsuccessfully trying to get Tilemap Studio to run correctly, this solution took me a few minutes to get working.
