A couple of years ago I created Pokemon Crystal Balanced Edition, but never publicly released it.
After all that time I decided to publicly release it for the Generation 2 Fans.

Its features are:
- All Pokemon have a Base Stat Total of 600.
- All Pokemon have improved Movepools (except for maybe Aipom)
- All Pokemon are obtainable.
- Trade Evolutions have been removed.
- Some Pokemon have been Re-Typed.
- Pokemon have been Relocated. Kanto Pokemon are normally only found on Kanto. Johto primarily has Johto Pokemon.
