Wireless Trade Corner rules and regulations

General rules

• PokéCommunity's Rules apply here, though there is no character/word limit.

Posting rules

1. No hacked Pokémon
   
   This includes:
   • Legendary Pokémon that are below the level caught in-game.
   • Pokémon that have maxed out stats.
   • Fanmade events. They're all hacked, anyway. Only real events can be traded.
   • Arceus - Naturally, it is not allowed either until it's given in a Nintendo event.
   • This list could go on for a while, but the point is, any Pokémon caught or edited with the use of programs such as: Action Replay, Codebreaker, Gameshark, Pokesav, we do not allow here.
2. Event Pokémon
   
   We do not allow certain Pokémon to be traded here:
   • (NEW) Events not listed in this thread can't be traded. Such threads will have their posts edited immediately. If there are any concerns about this list, you can PM Horizon, Glaceon_ or Karen Smith.
   • Shiny Events - Shiny WonderCard events are not allowed to be traded here. However, note that any other event Pokémon are set to be non-shiny except for island Lugia/Ho-oh/Deoxys/Mew and GameStop Deoxys. These shiny events we do allow, as we have recieved reliable information that these Pokémon can indeed be shiny. More detailed information can be found here.
   • Trading Nintendo of Korea and Nintendo Power Pikachu events here is NOT allowed by any means. Also, PikachuCafe events are also not allowed to be traded here as they are in the same boat as Nintendo of Korea.
3. Please specify if there are items attached to the Pokémon.
   This is self-explanatory.
4. Be patient, it may take a while before someone views your thread.​
   
   Do not yell at people, or generally become annoyed if your trade is not completed quickly.
5. Please only post in a request topic if you're accepting the trade at hand.
   Also self-explanatory.
6. On trade evolutions...
   If you're trading to evolve a Pokémon (ex. Kadabra, Slowbro, Machoke), it'd be best to work that out over private messaging, but you can create a thread if you want. Please be aware that you may be scammed by the person you are trading with. Be sure that the person you are trading with is a trusted trader.
7. On "Guess the number to get the Pokémon"/"Answer a question right to get the Pokemon" games...
   These just create alot of spam, and are uneeded - members are likely to get annoyed quickly if they don't get it. Don't make these kind of threads, please.
8. There's a limit to how many trade threads you can make...
   Stick to one trade thread, not make multiple others. There is no reason to have more than one trade thread. If you're just looking for a singular Pokémon or item or have just one to trade, please use the Quick Trade Thread rather than making its own thread. Such threads merely clutter up the page and make larger, more popular trade threads get pushed to the second page.

Additional notes

1. On scamming...
   The PokéCommunity dubs itself in no way responsible for scams, Pokémon steals in trades, etc. If a stranger is asking to temporarily get your Pokémon through a trade, do it at your own risk. It is your total responsibility to prevent your Pokémon from being stolen online.
2. Cloning threads...
   To avoid users from being stolen Pokémon, it's now against the rules to create cloning threads, so such threads will be closed instantly. If you see a thread offering to clone Pokémon, DO NOT ACCEPT, because that's the easiest way to steal Pokémon. Instead, report the thread. If you want someone to clone you a Pokémon, you may ask it through PM, but remember this is at your own risk, so make sure it's someone you know well. You may also not sneak cloning services into your threads. We WILL find it and remove it.
   Also, if someone offers you to clone Pokémon, never accept it from a new member.
3. Runescape, Neopets, etc.
   You'd think this would be obvious, however apparently it is not.
   You are not allowed to trade Pokémon/eggs/items for Runescape/Neopets etc. items/cash/whatever.
   Such threads will be closed immediately!
