You know, there actually have been some Magical Girls who were grade schoolers tho. There's a girl named Yuma she's like... 11.

But, in this case, Siorc would be the only "biological male" ever contracted. If you want, I'll go dig out the Reddit post of a black Kyuubey contracting him. I also have some free art of him holding his weapon & wearing his costume.
