My country throws a lot of money at the meat industry. As a result meat is a lot cheaper than it would be otherwise. Meanwhile, vegan stuff doesn't get that treatment and often times ends up more expensive, as well.

Conversely, we get plant-based food items mostly, and they are readily available everywhere. And rather than going into stores, we purchase the needed fruits and vegetables directly from the farmers, hence they are cheaper than store prices as well, plus they are not processed packed like in stores, since are sold directly from the farm, due to which the taste is authentic.

At my native place, we grow few varieties of vegetables and fruits, although they are limited to personal use only! But then those 7-8 variety of vegetables are enough for regular usage.

Oddly, I never experienced that much. Rather when it was my last few days of Bachelors, I went to all of those places in the building along with my one-off friend to see where we both spent our time during the course. Then we also met with our experimentation and practicals teacher, and we remembered the first time when we came there. We went sports department as well, and I thanked my friend for teaching me how to play table tennis. He taught me from scratch, and was persistent and laughing when I started for first time.

On the last day, we both remembered how we studied during two-three semesters during lockdown, and how we tried various online stuffs for fun.

The only bad thing which happened with me was that I got 5-7 marks less than my friend in an entrance test, and that separated our team for forever, as he managed to went ahead, but I am still lying on the floor flat.....

As someone who never fit in during school, it couldn't be over with fast enough for me =P

Eh, I've never fit in either. But I've never cared and blazed my own path through the stupidity that some of the school rules are and the stupidity of high school drama. It's gotten me cool friends and I've gotten to stick it to the man w/ getting some of the rules changed for the better. I've been able to be in some cool places just because I was pushing my own path. I love learning just in general, and I don't give a single crud what everyone else thinks about how I choose to do it.
one of the main reasons I wanna do college is to be able to move to another country easier.
I cannot express how much I want to go Iceland. Like. So badly XD
Unfortunately, Iceland has a lot more geological studies and not much in the way of aerospace engineering.
Maybe I go to Iceland and kickstart it's space industry? XD

    This biology project is annoying ;-;
everyone I know hates biology, even some of my other science friends XD
as for me I think it's fine honestly

I hated the 'ask permission' to use the bathroom rule.

I went on a long field trip and needed to use the bathroom when we got back. Teacher had the audacity to say no. I walked past her, used the bathroom, and got detention.

There are some things I don't miss at all about high school.

I personally loathed the presentation stuff that involved getting in front of the class. After a few highly nervous clumsy attempts I stopped doing them all together and just accepted the bad grades for them. I don't give a dang about good grades. The overall average just needed to be good enough to pass and it was =P
There was one annoying teacher that kept trying to force me to get in front of the class, whereas all the others would stop doing so after I ignored them often enough. His attempts were futile. I can be as stubborn as they come =P

School was agony to me. I'm glad it's over and I'd never want to go back =D

lol my last week of senior year in high school, my health class teacher wanted a presentation on the negative effects of drug use. for the younger kids in that class it might have mattered. but she told us 'seniors in the class are not excused from doing this assignment'.

I don't think I have ever cared about anything less in my entire life. I got a poster, drew mickey mouse with red baggy eyes, and scribbled across it 'drugs are bad'.

I can't even remember if I was in school long enough anymore to see what grade it got.

If I remember accurately, then I think that I was not liked by any of my classmates at all, despite being among the top-5, top-10 throughout the school life and also being better enough in sports and decent in co-curricular activities as well.... All of my teachers liked my presence and had given some leniency to me in certain areas. But none of the students there liked my presence.

They all made fun of me, without any particular visible reasons. And I think they used to look at me with with mockery gaze, and I will include girls as well there, with whom I had never talked ever in school life, apart from asking for notes which I missed. Although I didn't payed that much attention to it back then.

And even surprising thing is that I didn't interacted with any students as such, with talks being limited to sports and class requirement. I am not as interacting in real life as much as one can think off me looking at the Forum. I have no feeling to reunite with my classmates, and I believe that they were just some passing travelers in my life journey.

I am highly secluded person, with too little emphasis on interacting with people around. None of the students, neighbor kids, friend know about me, apart from my name. I don't think I qualify as a friend for others, so I make sure that they don't get disturbed due to me.
