I don't see where there's any empirical proof of someone catching Darkrai, Shaymin or Arceus using the tweaking glitch. I know people have claimed all three but would someone mind providing a video of a non AR version of the glitch?

I'm of the opinion that it is not. It's not the strongest, doesn't really have too much going for it. It's hella cute, of course, in its own way. However, it can easily be bred and has your everyday kind of abilities and statistics. He's a regular. A good one but a regular, in my opinion.

Actually, I think somebody has done experiments proving that stat gain is lost the later you EV train your Pokemon. And Rare Candies do not take into account EVs for level up. I'm not completely sure about the Day Care but I thought it was the same.
