What do you mean exactly? Are you talking about in the game or how to download the game? If you talking about in the game you have to go to the watering hole in Detsaw Woods.
I would say probably a couple of hours for the main quest line. It isn't a long game. If you complete all the side quests it will take a little longer, as it is heavy side quest based.
