Personally im not worried. The 2D works fine. But the issue is battles. If they stick with the current battle formula, im sick of watching still images, or hardly animated images, just sit there while generic slashes and animations lay on them and they shake. Its stupid. I would like an interactive pokedex on the touch screen during battles, and the other screen is like the normal one (you should be able to scan an enemy and get details before you catch it, then have really detailed descriptions once you catch one) Out of battle it should be your bag, gear, etc.
